The foundation of every great garment is a perfect technical document and a rigorous sampling process.
Tech Pack Services in China
A tech pack (technical package) is an instructional document. First-time founders often ask: "What do I need to provide to start?" Our in-house tech pack creation services in China fill the gaps in your knowledge.
What a Tech Pack Includes:
- Flat sketches (front, back, and detail views)
- Bill of Materials (BOM) including fabrics and trims
- Measurement specs and point of measure (POM) guide
- Construction and sewing details (e.g., stitch types)
- Colorway specifications (Pantone codes)
- Labeling and placement instructions

Clothing Sample Development
Once the tech pack is approved, we move to our pattern making service in China. Sampling is a multi-step process designed to eliminate errors before bulk production.
1. The Fit Sample
Made using available substitute fabrics of similar weight. The goal here is solely to check the drape, measurements, and overall silhouette.
2. The Pre-Production (PP) Sample
This is the finalized blueprint. It uses the exact bulk fabric, exact trims, exact dye colors, and final branding. Bulk production matches this sample perfectly.
3. Size Grading
After PP approval, we scale the master pattern up and down across your entire size run (e.g., XS to XXL) while maintaining the original design proportions.
