We start with your technical drawings, grading rules, and hardware requests. If you do not have a tech pack, our designers can help create one from references.
Fabric Sourcing
Direct access to Guangdong textile markets allows our factory to source GSM specs, washes, custom zippers, and bespoke drawstrings.
Sample Development & Fit Revisions
Our master pattern makers translate 2D specs into a 3D fit. We iterate on the prototype until fit and construction are approved.
Custom Labels, Trims & Decoration
Woven labels, printed neck tags, custom trims, screen printing and embroidery where applicable before bulk production.
Bulk Production & QC
Once the pre-production sample is approved, cutting and sewing begin on our production lines with inline and final inspection.
Lead Time & Export Coordination
Bulk lead times depend on fabric, construction and order size. We pack, document and coordinate air or sea export to your warehouse or 3PL.
