Quality Control for Custom Clothing Production

Overseas manufacturing shouldn't mean compromising on quality. We operate a systematic QC protocol that rivals top-tier luxury brand standards.

Measurement and Fabric Check
Packaging Verification

1. Fabric Checks

Before cutting, all incoming fabric rolls undergo inspection for color consistency (shading), GSM weight confirmation, and defect mapping. We reject fabric with excessive flaws or dye inconsistencies before it ever hits the cutting table.

Target: Zero compromised material entering production.

2. Inline Inspection

During the sewing phase, our line managers perform random checks on stitch tension, seam alignment, and label placement. Catching a machine calibration error early prevents a whole batch of defects.

Target: Catching structural errors during assembly.

3. Final Inspection & Measurement Tolerance

Every single garment (100% inspection, not random AQL) is reviewed post-production. We check against the tech pack's Point of Measure (POM) chart maintaining strict tolerances (usually +/- 1cm to 1.5cm). We also check for loose threads (thread trimming), hardware functionality, and print clarity.

Target: Ensuring the final product matches the approved pre-production sample perfectly.

4. Packaging Check

Before cargo leaves the factory, we verify that the hangtags are correct, folding is precise, polybags are sealed, and master cartons are appropriately marked for global shipping or Amazon FBA / 3PL routing.

Target: Brand-ready presentation right out of the box.
