Inquiry & Tech Pack Submission
You submit your design files, target quantities, and requested fabrics. We review feasibility and provide an estimated quote within 48 hours.
Fabric & Material Sourcing
We source the closest matching or exact fabrics and trims from Guangzhou's local markets and send you digital or physical swatches for approval.
Sampling Phase
We develop the first fit sample, followed by the fully detailed pre-production sample. You receive these physically to test and approve.
Material Approval & Deposit
Once the sample is approved, you place the bulk order deposit (typically 50%). We immediately order the bulk fabric and trims.
Bulk Production
Fabric is cut and distributed to the sewing lines. Our team executes the manufacturing according to the exact specifications of the approved sample.
Quality Control (QC)
100% manual inspection of the finished garments. Measurements are verified, threads are trimmed, and prints are checked.
Packing & Final Balance
Goods are folded, tagged, and packed into polybags and master cartons. You pay the remaining balance.
Shipment
We hand the goods over to your chosen freight forwarder, or arrange air/sea shipping to your destination via our logistics partners.
